Sales manager for projects in renewable energy and real estate  

ESTATE PARTNER A/S IS LOOKING FOR AN AMBITIOUS SALES MANAGER FOR OUR INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN SOLAR AND WIND ENERGY AND REAL ESTATE

ABOUT THE POSITION:

You'll be part of a small but strong international team of dedicated colleagues with diverse backgrounds. 

You will quickly be introduced to the way our projects are calculated. You will meet our customers, who are both high net worth individuals, but also institutional investors, including private equity funds in Denmark and abroad. 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Background in sales and marketing, finance, economics or similar studies. Preferably with an interest in renewable energy and real estate, a flair for numbers and experience with accounting and tax matters.

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience from a similar position in a company working within investments, real estate, and/or renewable energy would be an advantage.

  • IT: user of MS Office.

  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English as the position involves extensive communication with our Danish investors and foreign suppliers 

Your responsibilities as Sales Manager will further cover the following:

  • Direct customer contact by phone, email, online meetings, seminars, in-office or on-site meetings; presenting our projects

  • Follow-up work, communication with customers 

  • Organization and participation in investor trips (to our sites in Greece, for example)

  • Crm system maintenance, customer directory

  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns

  • Collecting investor documentation to fulfill formalities for implementing projects abroad 

  • Reporting to investors 

Your skills: As the job as described involves extensive and ongoing contact with our investors, the right candidate will possess exceptional communication skills. You have a positive energy and are persuasive due to your professional knowledge. You can acquire new knowledge very quickly and have a high level of personal commitment that leads to results.
