How we help

EstatePartner

Since 2006, we have made it possible to invest in solar energy - as one of the first and now leading investment companies in Denmark

How we secure the best investment projects

We know the loopholes and pitfalls, and we know how to create the most optimal solar investment, operation and maintenance solutions for our customers.

Loop

Screening

We conduct thorough screenings of potential sites for solar farms, negotiate with landowners and municipalities, and conduct environmental and other studies. We only select the best projects, and since 2009 we have only done projects that have performed better than the budgeted return.

Administration

Our experience and network help us find the best partners and the most favorable contracts for your facility. We take care of all the administration of your facility, so you don't have to do anything. However, you can always keep an eye on the operation of your facility.

Technical operation

We take care of your solar farm every day, all year round. We monitor production and irradiation 24 hours a day with our online monitoring system. We have regular partners in all countries who solve problems as they arise.

Repowering

We investigate options for repowering managed solar installations and make recommendations if you can benefit financially from upgrading your system. We keep you updated on innovations in the field, so your system can operate for as long as you want it to.

Solar projects across Europe

We always go for the most advantageous solar projects, carefully selected by our team and strategically located in areas with the sunniest exposure. This ensures not only stable and reliable energy production, but also the most favorable selling prices for our investors.

Specialists with over 20 years of experience

At EstatePartner, we have been working with investments in sustainable assets for almost two decades. We started with real estate projects and since 2009 we have specialized in renewable energy, with a special focus on solar energy and now also battery energy storage systems (BESS).

We offer investors access to well-documented and carefully selected energy projects in Europe, where returns and responsibility go hand in hand. With our experience from solar projects in Germany and Southern Europe, we bring the same thoroughness and transparency to our work with BESS - a new but rapidly growing segment with significant earnings and a key contribution to the green transition.

Our approach is characterized by market knowledge, realistic budgeting and close contact with both authorities and technical partners. At EstatePartner, you get access to investment projects with high quality, clear processes and personal sparring - whether you want to invest in solar or batteries.

We give you peace of mind in your investment

EstatePartner handles the entire value chain itself: from project development and contact with authorities to technical documentation, construction and operation. This gives investors a streamlined experience and full transparency - even in complex markets like the Greek electricity market.

We only work with partners and suppliers who have proven experience with large energy plants - and we draw on our own analysis and data models when budgeting returns and development cycles.

With us, you get a different kind of access to investments than just a login and password to an investment portal. Among other things, we invite you on an investor tour, so you can come down and see your own solar plant. You will receive monthly reports where you can follow the operation of your system. You'll also be invited to a general meeting once a year and ongoing inspirational seminars.

Exit options

EstatePartner will always help you in the event that an investor wants to sell their shares. The four most common ways to sell your shares are the following.

  • If the investor wishes to divest the shares in the company, it will be obvious to offer the shares to the other investors. The
reason for this is that the other investors in the company will have in-depth insight into
all the company's affairs, which is why it will be easier to decide on a purchase in advance than it would be with an external investor.

  • If the company has sufficient liquidity, a sale of the shares can in principle take place directly in the form of the company buying its own shares. A sale to the company requires the board's approval and will typically be relevant if the company's liquidity situation turns out to be better than budgeted.

  • The investor may choose to appoint e.g. EstatePartner A/S to locate an investor to purchase the shares in the company, EstatePartner A/S has a significant customer database built up over more than 15 years of experience in the purchase, supply and management of renewable energy plants. If the investor chooses to use EstatePartner A/S for a divestment of the shares in the company, an individual terms and fee agreement is typically entered into. Fees are only due if EstatePartner A/S succeeds in obtaining an investor who accepts the terms and conditions.

  • If the investor is able to do so, the investor can of course designate its own, external buyer for the shares. The only requirement for a transfer is that the board of the company receives written documentation of the transfer, including to whom the shares are transferred, so that the company's register of shareholders can be updated with the identity of the new owner.
