Sales Manager
We are looking for a portfolio manager/sales manager
At EstatePartner A/S, we are looking for a committed and relationship-strong Portfolio Manager / Sales Manager who is passionate about creating strong customer relationships, presenting investment opportunities and driving sales processes from initial dialog to final investment. You will play a central role in our growing business and become a key player in the dialog with both new and existing investors.
What will your responsibilities be?
Direct contact with investors via phone, email, online meetings, seminars and face-to-face meetings - you become the face and drive the entire sales process.
Sales outreach and professional follow-up to make investors feel confident, well-informed and well guided through the investment process.
Presenting investment opportunities in solar, battery energy storage (BESS) and real estate projects.
Planning and participating in investor trips where you experience the projects up close - for example in Germany or Southern Europe.
Maintaining our CRM system and investor database so that the structure behind the customer journey is strong and well thought out.
Collecting and managing investor documentation so that the investment process is professional, transparent and smooth.
Contribute to the preparation of commercial papers, presentations and investor materials.
Identification of new sales and marketing opportunities that can strengthen EstatePartner's position in the market.
Who are you?
You have experience in sales, investments, marketing, finance or economics - maybe you're a recent graduate with relevant work alongside your studies, or you have a few years of experience.
You're interested in sustainable investments, renewable energy, solar/BESS or real estate.
You work in a structured way, have a flair for numbers and preferably a basic understanding of finance, accounting or tax.
You have experience with MS Office and preferably CRM systems.
You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English, as you will meet both Danish and international investors.
You have strong communication skills and you are able to communicate complex projects in a way that makes investors feel comfortable and motivated.
You work independently, take initiative and thrive in a team where people help each other and pull together.
About the position
You will be part of a small, strong international team with dedicated colleagues from different professional backgrounds.
You will gain in-depth insight into how our solar and real estate projects are structured and calculated, and you will quickly take responsibility for your own investor portfolio.
You will meet wealthy individuals, family-owned businesses and institutional investors such as private equity funds in Denmark and abroad.
