EstatePartner is now opening the Estate Solar Midas I investment round, where investors have the opportunity to own an 8.5 MWp solar plant in Greece - one of Europe's most attractive and dynamic markets for renewable energy.

The first investment round(Greece Solar Spot I) was quickly fully subscribed and we are now launching the second phase of the series. The project combines a stable base revenue with the possibility of long-term optimization through the integration of battery energy storage (BESS), creating an attractive mix of security and flexibility.

A strong solar investment - with future BESS optimization

When investing in a 1 MWp grid-connected solar plant, the electricity is initially sold directly on the spot market. From 2027, the system will switch to a state-guaranteed feed-in tariff for 20 years, which ensures stable returns.
From 2026, it will also be possible to connect a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which offers:

• Increased earning potential - Power is stored and sold when prices are highest, rather than immediately upon production.

• Multiple sources of revenue - BESS can provide grid stabilization, participate in spectrum reserves and the capacity market, and generate ongoing passive revenue.

• Flexible optimization strategy - With BESS, the project becomes market-driven and dynamic, where the feed-in tariff only acts as a minimum settlement. The real return is defined by continuous optimization and price utilization.

How the investment is structured

Phase 1: Solar investment (2025-2026)
Investment in an 8.5 MWp solar plant with grid connection and production rights.
The electricity is sold on the spot market at an expected average price of 11.4 eurocent/kWh.

Phase 2: Fixed settlement (from 2027)
Transition to a 20-year feed-in tariff with a state-guaranteed settlement price of 6.5 eurocent/kWh.

Phase 3: BESS option (from 2026)
Possibility to connect a BESS and optimize sales via arbitrage, ancillary services and capacity payments.
