How we secure the best investment projects
We know the loopholes and pitfalls, and we know how to create the most optimal solar investment, operation and maintenance solutions for our customers.
Screening
We conduct thorough screenings of potential sites for solar farms, negotiate with landowners and municipalities, and conduct environmental and other studies. We only select the best projects, and since 2009 we have only done projects that have performed better than the budgeted return.
Administration
Our experience and network help us find the best partners and the most favorable contracts for your facility. We take care of all the administration of your facility, so you don't have to do anything. However, you can always keep an eye on the operation of your facility.
Technical operation
We take care of your solar farm every day, all year round. We monitor production and irradiation 24 hours a day with our online monitoring system. We have regular partners in all countries who solve problems as they arise.
Repowering
We investigate options for repowering managed solar installations and make recommendations if you can benefit financially from upgrading your system. We keep you updated on innovations in the field, so your system can operate for as long as you want it to.

Long-term land lease agreements are negotiated and we establish strategic partnerships for the construction phase. We control and manage the entire project development phase, both technically and financially, and report to our investors on the progress of the projects.
In the early stages of our projects, we negotiate power agreements for our customers with a special focus on securing good terms. This can include entering into Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with companies that directly purchase the power or supplying the power to the local grid.
EstatePartner plays a key role in identifying the most optimal outlets for power in the countries where we operate. This can range from favorable government-guaranteed tariffs to entering into PPA agreements where power is sold directly to local companies. We are constantly working to negotiate the best possible terms and ensure a smooth implementation of the agreements.
We only select the best projects
We are constantly looking for optimal locations to establish new solar plants in the markets where we are active: Germany, Spain, Portugal and Greece. But for us, quality is paramount and we put a lot of resources into selecting the best projects to ensure you get a good investment.
To ensure the best production performance and financial returns, solar installations should be located in areas with optimal irradiation and attractive prices per kWh produced. In Southern Europe, where the sun shines twice as much as in Denmark, you will find the optimal conditions for long-term success with your solar installation.
We conduct thorough screenings of potential sites, negotiate with landowners and municipalities, and conduct environmental and other studies. We involve local residents and authorities in the early stages of the project to ensure acceptance of the installation.

An investment for life
REPOWERING
We investigate opportunities for repowering managed solar installations and continuously share our recommendations for you as an investor.
The economic up-side of repowering solar is significantly higher than with wind energy. Whereas repowering wind power requires you to replace the foundation, tower and turbine, with solar you can reuse the substructure and cabling and simply install new, higher-performing solar panels.
Technological developments over the past 15 years have resulted in solar panels now being produced with more than 3 times the capacity and almost double the efficiency. This creates an attractive opportunity for those who choose to invest in solar systems, as the systems can be upgraded in capacity over time by replacing the solar panels and thus upgrading the performance.

Exit options
EstatePartner will always help you in the event that an investor wants to sell their shares. The four most common ways to sell your shares are the following.
-
If the investor wishes to divest the shares in the company, it will be obvious to offer the shares to the other investors. The reason
for this is that the other investors in the company will have in-depth insight into
all the company's affairs, which is why it will be easier to decide on a purchase in advance
than it would be with an external investor. -
If the company has sufficient liquidity, a sale of the shares can in principle take place directly in the form of the company buying its own shares. A sale to the company requires the board's approval and will typically be relevant if the company's liquidity situation turns out to be better than budgeted.
-
The investor may choose to appoint e.g. EstatePartner A/S to locate an investor to purchase the shares in the company, EstatePartner A/S has a significant customer database built up over more than 15 years of experience in the purchase, supply and management of renewable energy plants. If the investor chooses to use EstatePartner A/S for a divestment of the shares in the company, an individual terms and fee agreement is typically entered into. Fees are only due if EstatePartner A/S succeeds in obtaining an investor who accepts the terms and conditions.
-
If the investor is able to do so, the investor can of course designate its own external buyer for the shares. The only requirement for a transfer is that the board of the company receives written documentation of the transfer, including to whom the shares are transferred, so that the company's register of shareholders can be updated with the identity of the new owner.
